Hi friends,

I hope this message finds you well and moving into the season with ease. The year seems to be flying by, and I’m excited to share our upcoming virtual yoga schedule with you.

These are 30-minute morning classes designed to be welcoming for beginners while still offering depth and challenge for more advanced students. I’ll be teaching a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa techniques to help you build strength, flexibility, and focus.
