My Favorite Dishes and Hot Spots in Costa Rica
In Costa Rica, I devoured gallo pinto every morning with eggs, avocado, and their famous salsa lizano dabbled on top. Of the spots we found, my favorite breakfast spot in terms of price and service was Panderia & Soda in Flamingo Beach. I absolutely loved the food, the motorcycle theme, and views from La Ventanita Café in Fortuna, stationed high, with views of the Arenal volcano in view of farmland and greenery. In Tamarindo, Patagonia Argentinian Grill had amazing steak, cocktail, and pasta dishes. On the way to Tamarindo from Liberia airport, the fish tacos and cocktails from Celeste Restaurant in Las Cantinas matched the energy of the beautiful, serene beach a few yards away.
In between food, I ventured through the Mistico Park in San Carlos. With my GoPro camera, I captured my walk through the trails and bridges while we heard native monkeys and other primates communicating throughout. The rainy season did not stop me from immersing myself in relaxation of the Tabacon Thermal Resort and Spa. It was an endless amount of rivers and natural hot springs. The water flows above black volcanic rock, where it hosted a slew of serene energy and healing volcanic minerals. It brought me peace and serenity, where the Arenal volcano sat within my view. Costa Rica is certainly a place to vacation to relax, even if it is just for a few days. Hope you enjoyed this. Cheers to many more adventures!
With love and light,
